Forkomsten ligger ca. 1 km nord for Leknes ferjekai. Her opptrer flere soner med urein dunittisk bergart, adskilt med soner av gneis. Det er tre parallelle soner med dunitt, den nordre på ca. 20 m bredde, den midtre ca. 50 m bred og søndre sone ca. 20 m bred. Sonene er adskilt med 10-20 m med gneis. Bergarten er delvis serpentinittisert.
