Forekomsten består av en 10 m lang stoll med retning 58° rett ved sjøen på østsida av en liten bukt. Åpningen er 1,8 m høy og 1,6 m bred, og rett ovenfor denne er det en 3 m høy brattskrent. Tippen ligger eventuelt i sjøen. Stollen er anlagt i en mørk grønn amfibolitt med epidotknoller og blærerom som indikerer at den opprinnelig var en lava. Den er foliert (334°/55°) og dels noe skifrig (322°/55°) og gjennomskjæres av mange tynne epidotårer. I amfibolitten sees mindre rustsoner som består av svak disseminasjon av pyritt i kloritt-rik amfibolitt (prøve .01). Sulfidmineraliseringene er ubetydelige, men kan sees på som en fortsettelse av mineraliseringene videre sørover i Raumyrdalen (RO0154).
