Dette skjerpet ligger i lia ca. 100 m nord for jernbanen. Det består av en vannfylt synk, ca 6x2-4 m i omriss som er smalest i vest. Mineralisering består av spredt impregnasjon av pyritt, kobberkis og litt magnetkis, som også dels opptrer i < 1 cm striper og aggregater. Det ble også funnet en blokk med en del arsenkis på tipphaugen.

Skjerpet ligger innenfor gjerdet til jernbanen, ca 20 m fra skinnegangen. Det består av en vannfylt grop, ca. 3x5 m i omriss og med høyde i nord ca. 4 m. Mineralisering består av tynne sprekker, nærmest belegg, av magnetkis, litt kobberkis og sinkblende. Det er en 20 cm mektig rustsone lengst nordvest i skjerpet som inneholder spredt magnetkis. Sidebergart er massiv grønnstein/amfibolitt.
