Mineraliseringen ligger 800 m øst for Ferdesvatn. Den opptrer i en amfibolitthorisont som strekker seg SØ-over til Soarvenjunni-mineraliseringen (FI0285). Den båndede amfibolitten består av veksling av lyse (feltspatrike) og mørke amfibolittbånd, granatrike bånd og rene kvartsbånd. Disse veksler med lys, finkornig gneis. Tre horisonter av finkornet kvartsbåndet magnetitt-mineralisering med litt svovelkis (prøve 01) opptrer i (hovedsaklig) lys gneis: Fra ligg (øst) til heng (vest): 5 - 15 cm mektig mineralisering, 10 - 30 cm (varierende) mektig lys gneis, 10 - 20 cm mektig mineralisering, 0.5 - 1 m mektig lys gneis og øverst 0.5 m mektig mineralisering. Litt lenger SSØ, den mineraliserte sonen kan følges minst 100 m, opptrer en magnetitt-mineralisering av minst 1.5 m mektighet. |
