Hovedskjerpet, med 35 m3 tipp, ligger i bunnen av en skrent. I middels- til grovkornet glimmergneis (hovedsaklig biotitt) er det disseminasjon og noen cm brede striper med magnetkis. I et nivå er det opptil 25 cm mektige skarnlinser som er sulfidførende. Skarnmineraler er diopsid, tremolitt, kalkspat, hornblende og biotitt. Disseminerte sulfider er sinkblende, magnetkis, blyglans, kobberkis og svovelkis. Prøvene 01 og 02 er fra partier som domineres av mørke mineraler og sinkblende. Lyse partier som domineres av kalkspat og tremolitt fører hovedsaklig blyglans (04). Sulfidene opptrer uregelmessig som disseminasjon i de middels- til grovkornete skarnlinsene. I kontakten til linsene er glimmergneisen rikt mineralisert med sinkblende, kobberkis og magnetkis og fører grovkornet glimmer (03). Opptil 1 m mektige granitt-boudiner med litt magnetkis opptrer i glimmergneisen i hengen av skarnlinsene. Skjerp 1: 30 m mot øst er 1 m3 utsprengt i glimmergneis med svak magnetkis-disseminasjon. Skjerp 2: 40 m nord for hovedskjerpet er det utsprengt 1 m3 i hornblendegneis med litt magnetkis. Skjerp 3: 25 m videre mot nord er det sprengt ut 1 m3 i en 1 m mektig kvartsitt med magnetkis-disseminasjon (05). |
