Bleikvassli Gruber har dekket området med bekkesedimentprøvetaking. I 1968 ble mineraliseringen undersøkt av I. Lindahl (detaljkartlegging, prøvetaking og mikroskopering), og Bleikvassli Gruber målte Slingram og boret 2 hull på mineraliseringen. Mineraliseringen opptrer på grensen mellom kvarts-feltspat-muskovittgneis og granatglimmerskifer. Grensebergart er en kalksilikatskifer, ofte med store diopsidkrystaller og noe karbonat, grafitt og zoisitt. Den fører disseminasjon og mm-mektige bånd av magnetkis, kobberkis, sinkblende, bly- glans og malakitt (prøve 01). Det er vanskelig å vurdere mektigheten pga. overdekning. Mineralisering er funnet langs en strøklengde på vel 100m.
