Ovenfor Trolla finnes flere gamle skjerp og gruver. En av de største er Ålbugruva, som ligger rett øst for Ålbumyra. Letteste adkomst er å følge lysløypa fra idrettsplassen til myra og deretter gå opp langs tipphaugen i forkant. Hovedforekomsten ligger i en bratt vestvendt skråning og er en skråsynk ned til en 8 m lang skjæring og innhugg i grønnstein. Malmsonen er 10-15 cm mektig og består av semi-massiv til disseminert pyritt og kobberkis. Den er godt blottet med malakittbelegg i veggen og i taket. |

En mindre stoll er anlagt rett sør for hovedbruddet. Grønnsteinen er der mer deformert og inneholder også rikelig med 2-3 cm store pyrittkrystaller ved inngangen. Noe malakittutfelling er vanlig. |

Forekomsten ligger ca. 280 m vest for Ålbugruva og består av en 12 m lang, 2-3 m bred og opptil 3 m høy dagskjæring med retning 220°. Kun svak disseminasjon av pyritt og magnetkis ble påvist i relativt massiv, finkornet grønnstein. Tippvolumet utgjør ca. 100 m3. |
