| Det er registrert ni mindre kvartsbrudd i området rundt den gamle Isakgruva som ble drevet på kobber. Disse bruddene er temmelig jevnt fordelt i området fra Erliveien til Vardhøgda (areal på ca. 0.5 km2). Bruddene er generelt små og grunne (typisk noen få meter i omriss og 1-2 meter dype). Kvartsårer som er blottet i bruddene er typisk en meter tykke eller mindre og er uregelmessige. Dette er undersøkelsesdrifter. Hovedbruddet er 5x4 m i omriss to meter dypt og overgrodd. Noen få kvartsblokker kan sees ved bruddet. |
