Skjerpeaktiviteten følger en bekkekløft over en lengde på omkring 100 m. Sulfidmineralmineralene; magnetkis, pyritt og kobberkis finnes både i årer, aggregater og disseminert i en 20-30 bred kvartsgang og i sidebergarten til denne. Den sulfidmineraliserte sonen er opptil 1,5 m bred i sør, men ser ut til å kile ut mot NNV. Vertsbergarten består av skifrig og massiv grønnstein i sør, mens porfyrisk, dolerittisk gangbergart dominerer i nord.
