Ligger i lia på nordsida av Asmundvågen, omtrent rett nord for Skipnesskaget (se omtalen av denne for områdets historie). Flere påhugg er gjort i 70 m's lengde langs strøkretning, som er Ø-V med steilt fall mot nord. Det største er en 30 m lang skjæring med 2-3 m høy vegg i nord. Malmsona er ca. 1 m mektig med relativt massiv, båndet mt-malm og mt-py malm sentralt, mot heng øker svovelkisinnholdet og diopid med svak mt-mineralsering danner randsona mot overliggende hornblendegneis.
