Forekomsten består av en liten, vannfylt synk med åpning på 2x2 m på vestsida av Andavatnet. Det skjerpet i flattliggende marmor under foliert granodioritt. Marmoren er dels svakt grønnlig skarnomvandlet. Svært svak sulfidmineralisering er påvist og består av svak disseminasjon av sinkblende i marmor og tynne stikk med svovelkis og kobberkis. Relativt stor tipp med volum på ca. 100 m3.
