| Forekomsten ligger nord for Notodden sentrum, tett ved en gangvei. En 25 m lang, 1 m bred og 1-1,5 m høy skjæring finnes. Svakt foliert, middelskornet og homogen amfibolitt som dels er sausurittisert dominerer. Den fører få kalkspatårer og en kvartsåre er observert, men ingen sulfidmineraler. Forekomsten ble ikke prøvetatt og antas være fullstendig uten økonomisk interesse. |
