Forekomsten ligger på østsida av Søre Gråhø og arbeidene består av en 4-5 m bred, 10-12 m lang og opptil 2 m dyp utsprengt grop med retning 315°. Sulfidmineraliseringene ligger i en linse av ultramafiske bergarter omgitt av anortositt med foliasjon 310°/80°. I bunnen av skjerpet lengst nordvest er en minst 1,2 m bred sone med massiv, finkornet magnetkis, og over denne på begge sider av gropa finnes disseminasjon av sulfider i ultramafisk til melanonorittisk bergart. Det er mulig at den massive sulfidsona er tilnærmet flattliggende med sulfiddisseminasjon over denne. Anortositt/leukonoritt som gjennomskjæres av en skifrighetssone med orientering 340°/55°, finnes i sørenden av gropa. Tippen utgjør omkring 150 kbm og er spredt litt rundt skjerpet. Blokker av massiv, ‘net-textured’ og disseminert magnetkis er vanlig, men mengden av kobberkis ser ut til å være svært lavt.
