Forekomsten ligger i et mindre dalsøkk rett sørvest for Andreasberg. Området er svært overdekket og berggrunnen er bare blottet omkring tre vannfylte, dype synker hvor malmsonen er synlig men vanskelig tilgjengelig. Denne sonen er over 200 m lang og tilnærmet parallell med Andreasberg-sonen. Det er imidlertid ikke mulig på overflaten å avgjøre om det er en sammenhengende mineralisert sone. Malmen er 1-2 m mektig og består av massiv, små årenett (net-textured) og disseminasjon av magnetkis, pentlanditt og kobberkis i peridotitt og gabbro, men analyser av prøvene viser relativt lave verdier for både nikkel og kobber. Koordinatene til hovedforekomsten er angitt til det vestligste av disse vannfylt synkene. Den har sidevegger på 6x5 m og vestveggen er noe rustfarget, men sulfidsonen er ikke tilgjengelig. En prøve med små årenett og disseminasjon av magnetkis, pentlanditt og kobberkis er innsamlet fra tippen som har et volum på 40 m3.

Forekomsten består av en vannfylt synk med sidevegger på 6x4 m med noe rust i vestveggen. En prøve av massiv sulfidmineralisering er innsamlet fra tippen som har et volum på 30 m3.

Forekomsten er en vannfylt synk med sidevegger på 10x5 m med tilsvarende mineralisering som i de andre synkene, men relativt flere blokker av massiv sulfidmalm finnes på tippen med volum på 30 m3.
