Drevvatn dolomitt/kalksteinsfelt ligger på nordsiden av Drevvatnet og strekker seg langs foten av Toven og Lillefjellet. Formasjonen stryker sydvest- nordøst med fall mot NV på ca. 80o. Formasjonens mektighet og strøkretning er tilnærmet stabil på hele strekningen. Formasjonen inneholder en del mindre diabasganger. De omkringliggende bergartene er hornblendeskifre, ulike typer glimmerskifre og granitter. Formasjonen kan følges mer eller mindre sammenhengende fra Skravlåa i nord til Kalåen i syd en strekning på ca. 8.5 km. Ved Skravlåa er mektigheten anslått til ca. 140 m. Mektigheten ved Kalå bru er anslått til ca. 120 m.
