| I følge Gautneb, 15.10.1993, ligger forekomsten nord for Hansvollen, ca. 1.5 km syd for Spakvika på sydsiden av Feren. En nokså liten hydrothermal forekomst. Ca. 2 meter bred og 16 er blottet langs strøket. Kvartsen opptrer som tynne linser i fyllitt, fyllitten kan også være ganske kvartsrik. Det har vært foretatt et mindre røsk på forekomsten. Ved befaring i august 2006 viser det seg at oppgitt koordinat i minres-db (640319.7048292) ikke stemmer, da dette gjør at den havner midt i ei myr. Til gjengjeld ble det funnet kvartslinser noen hundre meter mot vestsørvest (639850. 7047150). Kvartslinsene opptrer orientert parallelt til sub-parallelt med fyllittenes foliasjon. Det var ikke mulig å se tegn til røsking ved denne befaringen. A. M. Raaness, 28.08.06 |
