| Denne forekomsten var den gang den var i drift først og fremst en natursteinsforekomst. Den ble drevet av Riiber i Bergen og siste drift var i 1931. Forekomsten er i dag mer eller mindre fullstendig igjengrodd. Kalken er grålig og urein og ganske skifrig. I dag er det mye bebyggelse på dette stedet og det er vanskelig å få undersøkt forekomsten. Kalksteinen er meget urein med et innhold av syreløslig CaO og MgO på 27.84 og 3.68 %. Dette tilsvarer et kalkspatinnhold på 40.53% |
