| Skjerpets lokalisering er vanskelig å fastslå presist, men det antas at den utbredte jernoksydutfellingen forbundet med gabbrointrusjonene i området er årsaken til skjerpets innmeldelse. Hematitt mineralisering i gabbrokroppene er trolig årsak til jernoksydutfellingen i området. |
