| Description |
| Bergarten er en svart, ganske massiv fyllitt som står steilt. Den benyttes til murer, mest hagemurer og innkjørselsveier til privatfolk. På enkelte lagflater finnes flere mm tykke lag av svovelkis som gir flatene et tiltalende utseende, og slike heller er meget attraktive. Men det aller meste som produseres selges som murestein. Fyllitt er umulig å knekke med godt resultat. En er derfor avhengig av oppsprekking vinkelrett på lagflatene for å kunne få brukbar stein til muring. Kommunen tillater ikke drift lenger her. Selskapet som driver her har fått tillatelse til drift i Enganbruddet. Se lok. ST 0078. |

| Bruddet ligger 1,4 km NNØ for Valdbrua over Gaula ved Lundamo. Det ligger like vest for veien som går nordover langs vestsiden av Gaula. |
