| Description |
| Bergarten er fyllitt som i Rindal-forekomsten. Fargen er også lik Rindal, likeså den falske skifrigheten, men her er vinkelen mellom lagene og skifrigheten 70°-80°. Skiferlagene kiler ofte ut, og gir småfallen skifer. Bryting på denne type skifer gir høy skrotprosent, og det er vanskelig å få skiferplater med jevn tykkelse. Bruddet er drevet i 75 meters lengde langs en steil bergvegg. Stor blokk har løsnet fra bruddveggen og rast nedover skrottippen, og det er fortsatt rasfare her. |
