| Kalksteinsdraget som det er industriell drift på ved Glærum i Surnadal fortsetter østover over Nordmaka. Ved Krokvatnet har det dannet seg en grotte der utløpsvannet fra Midtgardskvennavatnet renner gjennom grotten og ned i Krokvatnet. Grotten er omkring 50 m lang og det er mulig å gå et godt stykke inn i den og trolig også å komme seg helt gjennom den. Kalksteinen i dette området er uatuell for industriell utnyttelse da det er et mye brukt hytte og friluftsområde. En turistforeningssti passerer forbi grotten. |
