Skjerpet ligger i vestkanten av stort åpent myrområde, omtrent 700 m NV for Liveslsætra og i strøkretningen omtrent 400 m nord for Liveslsætra skjerp (HE0163). Skjerpet er en røskegrøft ca. 6 m lang i strøkretning, 2 m bred og inntil 70 cm dyp. Mineraliseringen består av slirer og bånd inntil 4-5 cm brede dominert av sinkblende med mindre mengder pyritt +/- magnetkis +/- blyglans og opptrer i lys grå talkholdig klorittskifer, dels med slirer og linser av kalsitt. Forøvrig opptrer ujevnt fordelte elongerte aggregater av kobberkis, dels også assosiert med sinkblende. Den minerlaiserte sonen er ca. 1 m mektig og er kraftig, uregelmessig foldet. I ligg opptrer mørk kloritt-sericittholdig skifer, mens i heng er det mørk grafittholdig keratofyr(?) Den mineraliserte sonen kan følges ca. 50 m nordover langs strøket og går over i svakt pyrittimpregnert kvarts-sericittskifer. Sidebergart er kvarts-keratofyr/rhyodacitt.
