| Røskingen skal ha foregått ca. 1918. Mineraliseringen er blottet på ett sted hvor det er sprengt litt i en skrent. I en middelskornet kalkspatmarmor er det breksjefragmenter av finkornet, massiv hematitt, epidotisert amfibolitt og jaspis (prøve 01 og 02). Prøvene 03 og 04 er fra massive hematittpartier. Enkelte skjærende, smale kalkspatårer med 2. generasjons, mer grovkornet hematitt. Mineraliseringen er minst 1 m mektig. |

| Rapporten konkluderer med at dette er en helt annen type jernmalm enn Dunderlandsmalmen, og områdebergartene her er ikke glimmerskifer og kalk som i Rana. Det antas at feltet står i forbindelse med det svenske grunnfjell som er skjøvet inn over riksgrensen. |
