Mineraliseringen ble første gang mutet 29/7 1902. Det er spor etter skjerpet i vegkanten - det skjæres av ei vegskjæring. I den er det blottet en ca. 5 m mektig rusten grafittskifer med disseminasjon av magnetkis og litt kobberkis. Opptil 15-20 cm mektige lag inneholder semimassiv magnetkis og noe kobberkis (prøve 03 og 04). Finkornet amfibolitt i heng (01) og ligg (02).
