Ved Årbostadtinds østre fjellvegg (579 moh.) opptrer en 15-20 m tykk amfibolitt under en 1-2 m tykk kalkspatmarmor. Amfibolitten inneholder varierende mengder finkornet magnetitt. 5 utsøkt rike prøver viste: 21,9 - 25,0 % Fe-magn. 1,19 - 2,51 % P Forrådsklassifikasjon: Magnetittførende areal Tykkelse Sp. v.
