| Store massiver med finkornede, massive kvartsitter som strekker seg fra Fannadalen og milevis nordover og nordøstover inn i Sogn. Tilhører Vossadekke-komplekset. Kvartsitten er gråhvit og gjerne algebevokst i disse områdene. Finfordelt glimmer reduserer kvaliteten. Samleprøver fra veiskjæringer viser Al2O3-innhold på 1.7 og 1.9%. |
