| Forekomsten er iflg. Bergarkivet beliggende i bunnen av brattskrenten Folldalsurda, som er utilgjengelig, og på foreløpig geologisk kart Kongsmoen er det lokalisert på toppen av brattskrenten. Ved befaringen ble det ikke funnet sulfidmineralisering i fastfjell, men endel nedfallsblokker i ura ved UTM 7689 8634 er lys, middelskornet granitt med noe finfordelt svovelkis-disseminasjon og grovkornet svovelkis i kvartsårer (prøve 01). Rett over dette punktet, på toppen av brattskrenten, står en bolt i fjellet. Iflg. lokalkjente er denne bolten blitt brukt til feste for nedfiring av en person som har undersøkt mineraliseringen som skulle ligge midt i skrenten. |
