Skjerpet ligger ved sjøkanten og ble drevet ca. 1925. Det er drevet i ca. 4 m bredde og 5 m inn i en skrent, dybde ca. 2 m. Granatglimmerskiferen er mineralisert i en mektighet på 4 m. Magnetkis, svovelkis og noe kobberkis og sinkblende opptrer uregelmessig i årer, bånd og på sprekker. Mineraliseringen er dominerende semimassiv (prøve 02 og 03) med underordnet disseminasjons-mineralisering (prøve 04) og et opptil 5 cm mektig magnetkisbånd (prøve 01). Magnetkis er dominerende sulfid i semimassiv mineralisering, mens fattigere disseminasjonspartier fører overveiende svovelkis (5-10%) og spor av kobberkis. Hengbergart er kvartsitt med biotitt og svak disseminasjon av magnetkis og svovelkis (prøve 05). Umiddelbart over mineraliseringen skjærer en smal aplitt-gang gjennom bånding og foliasjon i kvartsitten.
