| Description |
| Bergarten her er grå kvartsitt eller kvartsrik rhyolitt. Det er presset og delvis skifrig, og endel blokk sorteres ut for muring. Ellers er hovedproduktene fra bruddet knust stein (grus og pukk). |
| Location |
| Bruddet ligger 15 km SSØ for Kongsvinger i Eidsskog kommune. Søndre Åklangen er lang innsjø som går i N-S retning, og bruddet ligger like øst for denne rett over for tettstedet Sandnes i søndre ende av sjøen. |
