Draget Rabben-Kvanndalen er 5,5 km langt; det starter 650m vest for Rabben og går til Østerlamyr. Draget fortsetter svakt enda 650m videre ØNØ-over til foten av Storsteinlien (UTM 488500 7361400 kbl. Dunderlandsdalen). Mot VNV og NV fortsetter draget likedan mer eller mindre svakt helt til Nevernes nedre (Stormbekklia-mineraliseringen), altså 3,65 km videre NV-over. Det beskrevne 5,5 km lange draget mellom Rabben og Østerlamyr er mer eller mindre sammenhengende, dog med noen linser som ligger stjert om stjert i draget. De beste blotninger er: a) Veiskjæring 100m og 300m vest for Vestre Rabben gårdsruin. b) Veiskjæring 25m S for bro over Grønnfjelldalsåga på gårdsvei til Rabben. c) 25m nord for elvemøte Silåga-Grønnfjelldalsåga. d) Veiskjæring 200m VNV f. Silåmoen. e) Veiskjæring ved bekkemøte Kvannbekken-Silåga. f) Bjynnhaugen 100m N f. Kvanndalen østre gårdshus. g) Rester etter røsker (skjerp, mutinger fra 1944/45) ved Sommerfjøsbakken, Storhålla, Østerlamyr. Som hovedforekomst er valgt en blotning 25 m N for elvemøte Silåga-Grønnfjelldalsåga som er en 20m mt.impregnert karbonat-glimmerskifer.
