Flere horisonter med assosiert vasskis og jaspis finnes i Svinsåsmarka i den sørvestlige delen Løkken-området. De ligger i den øvre sekvensen med grønnstein og kan følges i flere kilometers lengde (Grenne & Slack 2003). En av disse er Halsetåsen vest som er et mindre skjerp i den vestre delen av Halsetåsen. En 6 m lang, gjengrodd grop finnes på sørsida av en mindre kolle som domineres av sterkt rødfarget jaspis. En opptil 2 m høy vegg finnes nordøst i gropa, og tilnærmet flattliggende vasskis som er minst 0,5 m mektig er blottet. Den består av smale bånd med finkornet til svært finkornet pyritt som veksler med mørke kloritt-/stilpnomelanrike og lyse kvartsrike laminer. Tynne magnetitt-laminer er også observert. Sekvensen er invertert, og stratigrafisk ligger vasskis over jaspis.
