Et lite skjerp ligger på toppen av åsen vest for Stormyra. Kun mindre røsking er gjort. En vasskishorisont som er minst 60 cm mektig overlagres av skifrig grønnstein. Den består linser og tynne lag med svært finkornet pyritt og spredte middelskornet pyritt-krystaller i veksling med mørke glimmer-/klorittrike laminer. Tidligere kartlegging viser at vasskisen er tilknyttet en cherthorisont med foldeombøyning nord for åsen (Grenne 1982). Skjerpet ligger på flanken av denne folden.

En liten blotning og flere større blokker viser at vasskisen kan være minst 1 m mektig. Mindre blokker av gråhvit chert finnes også i lokaliteten, men det er ingen andre blotninger i nærheten.
