Skjerpet ligger ovenfor gården Sætrabø, ca. 10 m øst for en kraftlinje 4-500 m SSØ for gården som kan ses fra skjerpet. Skjerpet er 2x2 m i flatemål, og det er utskjerpet 1.5-2 m3, som ligger utenfor skjerpet. Sulfidlagets tykkelse settes til minst ca. 70 cm (målt på en løsblokk). Orienteringen er 154°/70°Ø (usikker måling). Sulfidlaget kan følges et par m i hver retning utenfor skjerpet, og det er sikkert en del lengre. Den lokale bergarten er basalt. Mineraliseringen er uinteressant sett fra en økonomisk synsvinkel.
