Det er en rekke mindre skjerp omkring bommen ved veien som går nordover fra Sauherad kirke. Hovedskjerpet består av en synk som er minst 3 m dyp med vegger på 2,5x3 m. En rødlig hvit, finkornet, foliert bergart gjennomsettes av mm-tynne kalkspatårer og få grovkornete kalkspatganger, 3-4 cm brede. Svak blyglans-sinkblende mineralisering finnes i gneisen og i/langs randa av kalkspatårene. Området har ingen økonomisk interesse.

Skjerpet består av en 7 m lang stoll med retning 85º, i en brattskråning. Vertsbergart er den samme som i de andre skjerpene. Svak disseminasjon av pyritt og kobberkis finnes dels som aggregater i denne.
