Flere mindre skjerp ligger langs en nord-sør orientert rygg som følger telefonledningen øst for Øvre Bjørvatn. De er opptil 6 m lange, 1-2 m brede og 1 m høye. Dominerende bergart i området er en grønnlig grå, kvartsittisk sandstein som dels er fint båndet. Den fører en rekke subkonkordante kvartslinser/-årer som er 2-15 cm brede og få dm lange. Svak disseminasjon av kobberglans+bornitt finnes i kvartslinsene og langs kanten av disse i biotittisert sidestein.

Det sørligste skjerpet hvor det er utsprengt en grop med sider 2,5x3 m i grå, kvartsittisk sandstein med enkelte kvartslinser. Svak malakitt-farging er observert.
