Vest for Ingjelsvatnet finnes flere smale ekshalitthorisonter, både massiv pyritt, massiv magnetitt og chert med varierende magnetittinnhold. De opptrer på grensen mellom lys, kalkrik grønnstein og mørk, Fe-Ti rik grønnstein. I forekomstlokaliteten er en 25 cm mektig vasskis blottet. Den kiler ut mot nordvest og går over i en båndet chert-pyritt bergart. Den overlagres av lys grønnstein. Mørk grønnstein er blottet tektonostratigrafisk lavere. Mineraliseringene er lik de som finnes ved Havdalstjørna og videre sørvestover, og opptrer trolig på samme stratigrafiske nivå. |
