| Forekomsten ligger ca. 60 m opp fra veien utover til Skutvik, 2 km syd for Hamsund. Det er opparbetdet traktorvei frem til bruddet hvor kjøpmann Hilling, Innhavet, har tatt ut en prøvelass. Pegmatitten ligger i et sterkt overdekket område, i bruddveggen ses noen få tynne linser og ganger av kvarts. Feltspaten synes å være av meget god kvalitet. Irmdlertid ligger pegmatitten i sterkt stigende terreng med raskt påbyggende overfjell. |
