Ågskaret ( = Meloy2 ) is situated 70 km south/southwest of Bødo, south of Skarsfjord near Ågskaret at an elevation of about 60m abov sea level and only 100m from the sea. The somewhat irregular dike strikes northwest and has been worked from three levels producing about 50 tons mica during World War II. Adamson, O. J.; Neumann, H. 1951.

Preliminary review of mineral deposits i Northern Norway.
;Norges geologiske undersøkelse;FAGRAPPORT;Bergarkivet; No.BA 3961;44 pages
Abstract:
Rapporten gir summariske opplysninger om malm- og mineralforekomster i Nord-Norge, og vurderer forekomstenes potensial. Den har følgende inndeling: Resyme og utsikter. Anbefalinger. Jern. Svovelkis, magnetkis og kobber. Sink og bly. Molybden. Andre metaller. Grafitt. Feltspat, kvarts og glimmer. Andre mineraler og bergarter. Prospektering.

En litiumførende granittpegmatitt i Nordland.
;Norsk geologisk forening;TIDSSKRIFTARTIKKEL;Norsk geologisk tidsskrift; No.28 (2-4);234-237 pages
Abstract:
Frie emneord: Turmalin ; Spodumen ; Helvin A cleavelandite-quartz-pegmatite at Åg in the parish of Meløy, Northern Norway, has been found to contain tourmalines of different colours from blueish black to pink and colourless, all rich in Mn and with appreciable contents of Li; and also spodumene. Helvite was found in minute yellow crystals on a fissure. This is the first Norwegian find of alkaline tourmalines and of spodumene, and the first find of helvine in Norwegian granite pegmatite. The present note is based on two specimens which were sent to the Insitute. The writer has not yet benn able to visit the locality.

Norges mineraler
;Norges geologiske undersøkelse;TIDSSKRIFTARTIKKEL;Skrifter; No.68;1-278 pages
Abstract:
The volume takes the form of a monograph over all minerals recorded on the mainland of Norway up to 1980. Some mineral data which have come to light in more recent years, published or unpublished, are also included. The principal aim has been to collect and present available data, including the reported modes of occurence of the minerals, and to present a bibliography which is a complete as possible. Descriptions are arranged according to crystallochemical system used in Klocmann's "Lerbuch der Mineralogie", 16th. edition, 1972. An index over all the named minerals (c. 880 different names) is given at the back of the monograph.

Undersøkelse av Li-pegmatitter i Nord-Helgeland
;Norges geologiske undersøkelse;FAGRAPPORT;NGU-rapport; No.2004.061;42 pages
