Mineraliseringen er tidligere benevnt Prestdalen. Dette er villedende, da Prestdalen ligger NNØ for mineraliseringen. (Prestdalen er feilplasert på det topografiske kartet 1:50 000). Mineraliseringen er fulgt med små røsker over ca. 400 m strøklengde. Mektigheten er ukjent da røskene er gjenrast og det ellers er mye overdekke. Det antas å være to parallelle, tynne malmbånd. Dette pga. at det flere steder er to røsker ved siden av hverandre, og at kompassutslaget er ubetydelig. Hovedskjerpet er en 7 m lang nord-syd gående røskegrøft (1 m3 tipp). I tippen ses litt glimmer (biotitt) skifer og finkornet semimassiv til massiv magnetitt i kvartsitt med endel amfibol (prøve 01, 02 og 03). Mineraliseringen er svakt båndet. 20 m mot vest er en liten gjenrast røskegrop med 1m3 tipp. Kvartsrik magnetittmineralisering og glimmerskifer/ gneis i tippen.

Her er det to små, nærliggende røskegrøfter retning nord-syd (1 m3 tipp). Fra tipp: finkornet kvartsrik semimassiv magnetittmalm med en god del svovelkis langs foliasjonsplan (prøve 04), og sidebergart granittisk gneis (prøve 05).
