Helgevasshaugen magnetittmalm (310-340 m.o.h.) På Helgevasshaugen er det ca. 10 stk. 0.2-2m tykke magnetittmalmlag. Ved muting Nordkapp er tykkelsen 5m, 8m og 10m i 3 forskjellige malmlag. Malmen faller nordvestover omtrent som terrenget heller ned mot Strandvatn. Disse malmer danner en magnetisk anomali sør for Strandvatn ved UTM 583000-7603100. I Helgevasshaugen er det boret 5 hull på tilsammen 292m derav 40.5m i malm. I Strandvatnanomalien er det boret 1 hull på 67m, hvorav 6m i malm. Etter visuelt anslag fører malmen i Helgevasshaugen sikkert 20-30% Fe-total. |
