A minor adit is situated in the iron formation along a ridge called Steinlia. The adit is orientated ~N-S and it is 12 m long with an opening of 2x1.5 m. The exposed thickness of the iron formation is 2.5 m and is dipping 50° towards west. The IF is overlain by amphibole-bearing calcareous schist (Sample JS_FE1731) that might resemble diamictite observed further south. The IF is clearly banded in the hanging wall with epidote rich bands and more massive Fe-ore exists in the central part (Sample JS_FE1730). Probably, there also are other workings in this area as minor dumps were observed in the birch bush.
