Mineraliseringen er undersøkt med en 25m lang og 5m dyp skjæring. Mineraliseringen er her ca. 20m mektig. Jernmalmen er relativt fattig pga. båndete innslag av gneis med kun fattig disseminasjon. Disse innslagene er epidot-amfibolgneis, kalksilikatgneis og granittiske (tildels pegmatittiske) bånd. Massive magnetitt-hematitt-bånd (magnetitt dominerer over hematitt) er sjelden over 1-2dm mektige (prøve 04). Typisk er bånding i cm-skala av massiv magnetitt-hematitt-malm og epidotbånd (03). Prøve 05 er epidot-amfibolgneis. Anslått gehalt over den 20m mektige sonen er 20% Fe i magnetitt og hematitt. Ved UTM 434520 7298810 er det et lite skjerp (2m3 tipp) i samme horisont. Massive magnetitt-hematittbånd på opptil 40cm mektighet (01). Cm-bånding av magnetitt-hematitt og epidotrike bånd (02) er mest vanlig. Mektigheten av malmsonen er ikke klarlagt. Malmsonen er sammenhengende mellom disse to skjerp, og kan følges (utslag på kompasset) sørover til UTM 434390 7297870 (06). Den fortsetter muligens enda lenger sørover. Den båndete jernmalmen er minst 1000m lang og opptrer på grensa mellom kalk-spatmarmor i ligg og kalksilikatskifer i heng.

Ved UTM 434520 7298810 er det et lite skjerp (2m3 tipp) i samme horisont. Massive magnetitt-hematittbånd på opptil 40cm mektighet (01). Cm-bånding av magnetitt-hematitt og epidotrike bånd (02) er mest vanlig. Mektigheten av malmsonen er ikke klarlagt.
