Forekomsten ligger i glissen furuskog ca. 60 m sørvest for en skogsbilvei. En vannfylt synk med sidevegger på 6x4 m og en vannfylt grop 10 m sør for synken finnes. I nordveggen i synken er blottet rustfarget og middelskornet, biotittførende, kvartsittisk bergart med foliasjon 1°/72°. Den fører svak disseminasjon av et sølvgrått mineral; magnetkis eller Co-mineral? og kobberkis. Det er ingen tipp synlig ved synken.
