| Forekomsten er et lite brudd ca. 8x5 meter som har vært drevet på en grålig og uren kalkstein med mye forurensende silikater. Kalken ble brent i en nærliggende ovn. Forekomsten var eneste i drift på tidlig 1950 tallet. Kjemisk analyse viser at kalken har et CaO innhold på 43.24 og et MgO 1.35% Dette tilsvarer et kalkspat innhold på 73.8%. |
